China News Service, Ezhou, Hubei, April 13 (Reporter Wu Yili) – On the 13th, reporters learned from Hubei International Logistics Airport Co., Ltd. that the regular cargo route "Ezhou–Haikou" officially opened on the same day, marking the launch of the "Qiong-E Shunda Express Line."
It is reported that the "Qiong-E Shunda Express Line" was jointly opened by Ezhou Huahu International Airport, Asia's first professional cargo airport, Hainan Airport Group, and SF Group. This express line will enable synchronized access between Ezhou and Haikou, extend Haikou’s reach across China via Ezhou, and connect Ezhou to Southeast Asia through Haikou, providing stable and efficient air logistics for high-value goods such as cross-border e-commerce, fresh cold chain products, precision electronics, and pharmaceuticals.
Ezhou Huahu Airport, Hainan Airport Group, and SF Group will integrate Hainan Free Trade Port's gateway hub location and institutional openness policies, Ezhou Huahu Airport’s professional cargo hub advantages, and SF Group’s global logistics network resources. Through connecting routes, expanding networks, and strengthening supply chains, they aim to jointly build an efficient air logistics corridor linking both domestic and international circulation.
In addition, the three parties will cooperate to promote the expansion of cargo routes, the construction of forward cargo stations, the development of airport industrial parks, and the upgrade of smart logistics, efficiently opening the "Global—Hubei—Hainan—Global" air logistics corridor, comprehensively enhancing air cargo capacity and industrial added value.
A relevant person in charge of Ezhou Huahu Airport stated that this cooperation is an innovative breakthrough leveraging Hainan Free Trade Port's opening policies to expand the international air logistics network and enhance global cargo competitiveness. The airport has always been committed to creating an "inland open air port to the sea". As of now, a total of 117 cargo routes have been opened, including 59 domestic cargo routes, 2 low-altitude cargo routes, and 56 international cargo routes. (End)
